Banks Reserve Skatespot

The Banks Reserve Skatepark is situated in Mt Lawley just a stone’s throw from the Swan River. Skate Sculpture were commissioned to design and construct a skate facility that would integrate a small but usable community skate spot amongst a children’s playground, basketball court and footpath network whilst complementing the aesthetics of the existing picturesque park setting.

The skate spot consists of a quarterpipe, flat rail, manual pad, curving ledge and bank within 125 square meter space. The facility was completed in September 2020 and has fast become a popular destination for family picnics, BBQ’s and birthday parties.
