Absolute attention to detail

Once awarded the detailed design component, we commence the process with an assessment of the concept design, calculating whether it is reflective of the final budget and works within the site constraints. We then analyse the layout of the concept and explore options to further improve the functionality and appeal of the design.

Once we are convinced the selection, dimensions and spacing of all objects are specified for optimal outcome and create a harmonious flow throughout the entire design, we will conduct a final cost analysis. Each element is then specified in our detailed design, proofed by the design team and project manager, then sent to our structural engineer for certification. The design package is then ready for construction.
